Proposal Prepared for Coach Index

Coach Index is an innovative online platform dedicated to connecting non-collegiate students and athletes with qualified instructors in various disciplines including sports, music, arts, and academics. The platform aims to serve as a comprehensive resource for parents and instructors, facilitating an efficient way to list expertise, manage memberships, and handle pricing within a user-friendly environment.

Problems

Previously, Coach Index encountered significant challenges with web development, having worked with two developers who were unable to successfully launch a functional platform. The primary issues included inadequate database management, ineffective member functionality, and a lack of specialized modules necessary for the platform's operational needs. This has hindered Coach Index's ability to provide a seamless user experience for both instructors and learners, consequently impacting its market entry and growth in Texas.

The solution entails building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Coach Index using the Wix platform, renowned for its robust functionality and scalability which aligns perfectly with the platform's requirements. The MVP will focus on essential features including:
